Our guidelines are simple, we have two copyright managers: Shelli and Carol who handle our copyright issues.
Our goal is to protect the artists, not just ADI artists, ALL artists.
With that being said, we are not equipped to police every online site for possible copyright infringement.
Some artists don't mind if their work (orignals/prints) are shared on
Facebook as long as they are given credit, others don't want their work shared that way at all.
When the individuals who have been tasked to handle copyright for ADI find what they feel is copyright infringement of an ADI artist or any other artist, those artists are notified, sent a link to the site in question and asked how they wish to proceed (if they
are ADI artists). It may be our artists want us to send a letter to the host, site owner, etc. and if so, we will do that immediately requesting removal of the images.
